UCS Healthcare's new Patient Portal is now LIVE!
Through the portal, you can pay your bill, send messages, see upcoming appointments, make appointment requests, request financial assistance and sign consents.
To do this, send an email requesting Patient Portal sign-in information to: ucsinformation@ucsdsm.org
After receiving your login credentials, you can log into MyHealthPointe.
If you need care, we will try to find a way to work with you regardless of your financial status. We accept most medical insurance plans, private pay and Medicaid/Medicare for approved services. We also work with patients on a sliding scale fee system for some of our services which is based on your income.
UCS Healthcare gives you the opportunity to pay your bill online at MyHealthPointe. Please remember that any paperwork you may need while attending treatment, or upon completion of treatment, will not be provided until your bill is paid in full.
